Google Sheets
Lead Stage Automation: Vardan accesses data in an existing connected Google Sheet and updates data in that sheet as part of the CRM workflow.
Requested scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets. This permission supports reading and modifying spreadsheet data and grants broader capabilities than the confirmed read-and-update workflow.

Google Calendar
Vardan's Calendar connection requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events for viewing and editing events in calendars you can access. Review the appointment workflow and its actions before connecting.
Meta / Facebook
Vardan retrieves leads from authorized Facebook lead forms and connected ad-related details for CRM and reporting workflows. Lead data depends on the fields in your form, and ads data depends on the connected account and permissions.
Your existing Meta permissions apply. Connecting Vardan does not authorize contacting leads without the notices and consent required for your business.
Disconnecting and deleting data
Revoke access in Google or Meta account settings to stop future access. Revoking permissions does not automatically remove imported CRM records. Follow our Data Deletion Instructions to request removal of stored data.
If a connection fails, contact support@vardan.ai with the service name and error message. Do not send tokens, secrets, or account passwords.
