1. Send a deletion request
- Email support@vardan.ai.
- Use the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request” for Meta/Facebook information, “Google Data Deletion Request” for Sheets/Calendar information, or “Account Data Deletion Request” for the account.
- Include the email used for your Vardan account and the name of the connected business/workspace, where relevant. For a Facebook request, include the Facebook account email used with the integration.
- Explain whether you want a specific record, integration data, or the entire account removed.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, full spreadsheet contents, or identity documents unless support provides an appropriate verified process.
2. Verification and customer records
We may verify identity and account authority before acting. If your information belongs to a business's customer records, that business may need to authorize or handle the request. Support will explain the relevant process and what information is needed.
3. What the request can cover
A request may cover account information, CRM contact/lead records, recordings and transcripts, Google spreadsheet-derived or Calendar data held in Vardan, and Meta lead/ad-related data held in Vardan, depending on your authority and the account.
Removing data from Vardan does not automatically remove the original Google spreadsheet or Calendar event, the Facebook lead form, or records retained independently by the customer or third-party provider. Contact the relevant controller/provider for those records.
4. Revoke future access separately
Remove Vardan through Google Account connections or through your Meta/Facebook connected-app settings to stop future access. Revocation does not erase information already imported into Vardan. Submit a deletion request for those records.
5. Timing and confirmation
After verifying your identity and authority, we assess the request, explain any further information required, and process it within the period required by applicable law. Support will confirm completion or explain any lawful reason that some records must be retained.
Legal obligations, security investigations, and records controlled by a customer can affect the scope of deletion. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires and are restricted from ordinary use. See our Privacy Policy for retention criteria.
